imagineFPPG initiated a the elaboration of a project on the constitutionality of introducing a supplimentary profit tax applicable to petroleum operators / titleholders of petroleum agreements in the upstream sector in Romania.
This suplimentary tax on profit ("IPS") would be introduced under a law on the taxation of petroleum and mining sector, currently in draft form.
